일단 룸이 넓고 직원이 친절했습니다. 청결도도 좋았고요.

내부가 너무 건조해서 힘들었습니다. 가습기가 비치 된 곳도 많던데.

평점이 높은 이유가 있었네요^^ 다른것보다 깨끗, 깔끔 위주로 골랐는데 만족할만한 선택이었어요 먼저 평일이어서 가성비 굿이었습니다!! 방도 업그레이드해주셔 편하게 쉴수 있었어요 깨끗하고 일회용물품들도 깔끔. 화장실 수압이 정말 압도적일정도로 좋았습니다!! 샤워기 수압이 세서 나도 모르게 바닥 청소(머카제거)를 하고 있더라고요ㅋㅋ 개인적으로 깔끔떠는 성격이라 여행가도 항상 개인위생용품 키트를 가지고 다니는데 샤워스펀지도 일회용으로 포장되어 있어 이번여행땐 개인키트는 많이 쓰지 않았어요 주변에 커피숍,음식점등등 많아 좋았고 조식도 괜찮았어요!! 2일 묵었는데 외출한 사이 일회용품 교체, 청소 깔끔하게 해 주셨고요ㅎㅎ 국회의사당역이 가까워 이동도 편해 다음에 서울에 갈일이 있으면 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소입니다!!

침대 매트리스가 너무 푹신해 개인적으로는 허리가 편하지는 않았어요~~^^;;; 그게 조금 아숩 침대 ,화장실 깔끔해서 좋았는데 큰수건에 머리카락이 좀 붙어있더라고요!! 업체에서 세탁해 오는거라 어느정도 예상은 해서 저는 개인 수건 가져간걸로 사용했어요. 민감하신분은 얼굴용 수건은 가져가시는게 좋을듯요!! 중앙난방이라 온도 조절이 안돼 첫날은 너무 더워 창문 조금 열어놓고 잤어요. 많이 건조해 수건에 물적셔 걸어놓고요 다음날 아침에 밤에 너무 더웠다고이야기 했는데 둘쨋날은 덥지 않고 작당한 온도여서 편하게 잤어요ㅎㅎ 그리고 방음은 아주 좋은편은 아니었는데 개인적으로 크게 불편하지는 않았어요!! 모든걸 감안했을때 그래도 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소예요!!

가성비는 최고입니다. 맘에 들어요

방은 깨끗하고 욕실은 넗고 용품들도 맘에 들었습니다. 주변에 식당이나 커피숍등 아주 가깝고 다양해 편리했습니다.

개인적으로 처음 들어갔을때 냄새가 저랑 와이프랑 별로 좋지않았습니다. 방향제라고 해야하나 새집 냄새라고 해야하나

It was really nice.

Location and Spacious Room especially the bathroom. And staffs are very kind and helpful.

Exceeded my expectations for a short stayover.

I was very pleased as i was given 3 single comfortable beds in a spacious bedroom as requested. Adequate toiletries with toothbrushes & shaver. Adequate refreshment tea/ coffee. Cable TV for entertainment. Many delicious food eateries surrounding the hotel.

Breakfast was need a wider spread of choice. Not value for money.

Good location close to the metro station National Assembly,...

Good location close to the metro station National Assembly, lots of good restaurants close by, spacious room with couch and big bed, working WiFi (but not lighting fast), good shower and bath tub. Very friendly and helpful staff, my dirty sheets were replaced without asking for it. Upon leaving I got a thermal pack to warm myself up because it was so cold outside. Top service.

Floor heating cannot be adjusted (open the window or turn on the A/C). Breakfast is small/meager, no variety, the bare minimum, I only had it once and then had Korean breakfast outside the hotel in one of the many excellent restaurants.

Great stay - close to everything you need

The location was excellent, close to the subway, shops, restaurants and the bus route from and to Incheon. The room was a good size for 2 people, very comfortable bed, air-conditioned and quiet. The staff were helpful and knew enough English so had no issues. We had to leave early for a night flight but we would easily stay again for short (2 to 5) days.

The only very minor issue was the fridge (typically small) so if you wanted to buy drinks and keep them cold, you needed to get them daily as there was not much shelving, but we managed with it.

It's my first visit at this hotel and will definitely be my choice on my next visit.

A friendly and helpful environment for foreigner who cannot speak Korean. Room is always cleaned and coffee + tea bags are replenished daily.

Bath areas need to be improved as water leaks from the bathing area and is slippery. It is a concerned for young kids and elderly.

Amazing place to go to

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was large and enough space to hold three open suitcases and the staff was very nice. Next, even though it wasn't always necessary, our room was always cleaned after we had left, even when we left the room after 2 pm. On top of that, the staff could speak English and was very helpful whenever we asked them something.

As I was really satisfied with the hotel and my stay, nothing comes to mind,

Pleasant stay in Youido!

My intent for accommodations in Youido was to avoid the crowd to return to my hotel after International Fireworks Festival so the location met this purpose perfectly. Youido turned out to be a very pleasant neighborhood to stay in. There is a beautiful new IFC shopping mall where many new stores have “soon to open” dates. Being a business district, there were a lot of banks, great coffee shops, convenience stores and dining options. I really enjoyed kalbi at a 24 hour BBQ / jigae (soup/stew) shop that was a few doors away from the M Hotel. The location is also a short walk from the airport limo bus stop at the National Assembly, where there is also a metro station. Extremely easy to get where you want to go in Seoul.

I didn’t care for the breakfast and coffee. However, Drop Top and Starbucks are both directly across the street from the hotel!

Helpful staff

We only stayed a night because we had somewhere to go the next day. The room was okay. We were impressed with the breakfast. The staff were very accommodating. We had a 7am appointment and so we needed an earlier breakfast. The staff were busy laying out the breakfast buffet, but once they were done and after we explained that we had to leave before 7am, they generously allowed us to enjoy breakfast earlier than we were allowed to. We were most grateful.
